These aren't just catch-phrases for our company.  We live and practice these values every day:

Integrity

Most consulting companies have "side deals" with hardware vendors, telecommunications companies, software companies, etc.  Whenever they sell you a third-party's goods or services, they receive a commission. 

We refuse to accept a penny from any third-party company.  If we make a recommendation to you, it is based upon our expert opinion of what you need.  We avoid even the appearance of impropriety.  No deals under the table; no "kick-backs".

Even if we believe that another company can serve your needs better than we can, we refuse to accept any type of commission for the referral.

Honesty

We only charge for our work.  We do not charge for travel time, questions over the phone, conceptual design meetings, etc.

Reliability

The people at E-Reliant, Inc. have been in the computer business for over 25 years.  The name e-Reliant and Kelly Dancer have come to represent the highest caliber of professionalism, support, and cost-effectiveness. 

Customer Service

e-Reliant places the customer first.  If you have a problem, we will respond immediately.  We commonly answer emergency calls at night and over the weekend.  We do not charge "over-time" or any other inflated charges.
